If someone is looking for the cheapest puppy on the market then they should expect the quality of care to have been done in the cheapest way possible and fully expect it to pay more in the long run.

 2. C-sections, usually about $2500 here in Charleston assuming it is during normal vet hours. After hours, weekends and holidays will run extra. English Bulldog Pups literally have to be latched on to each tit. We will spend every hour with the litter and mother during feedings 24 hours a day for several weeks.  

 

3. Artificial Insemination EVERY BREEDING VIA Transcervical insemination, Vaginal insemination, Surgical intra-uterine insemination. This costs THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR!
 

4. Additionally there are a number of health tests, progesterone tests, exams, x-rays, ultra sounds and pre surgery Blood Work. (receipts can be shown) THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR

5. Supplies, Incubators, Play Pens, Whelping Boxes, Potty Pads, Littler, Grass Pads, Special Cleaners, Special Detergents, Toys, Blankets, Shampoos, Conditioners And Other Extra Expenses That Go Along With Raising Palmetto Pups. THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR

6. Palmetto Bulldogs Use Only Top Of The Line Formula At 132.00 Per Week. They get their special formula up to 12 weeks with us no less than 9 weeks. THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR

 7. Palmetto Bulldogs Uses ONLY the best of foods. In a lot of case you can eat the meals we fix for them yourself. THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR

 (If this part is not done especially the first 8 weeks it can cause calcium deficiency which leads to hip dysplasia at least or brittle bones in the worst case leading to broken bones or spine and in most cases the babies would have to be put to sleep.)

8. Post C section care is not to be taken lightly. One must keep up with hygiene and medication for the mommas. Pre and Post natal Vitamins Are Given Every Litter! 

9. UTD Shots & Deworming Palmetto Bulldogs Takes Every Litter AND The Parents To Again ONLY THE BEST Veterinarians that Specialize And Have The Upmost Experience. THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR

 

10. YOUR PALMETTO PUP IS IN POTTY TRAINING FROM THE AGE OF 3 TO 4 WEEKS OLD! Cost of Litter Boxes, Litter, Potty-Pads, Trash Bags, Grass Pads, Time.  THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR

11. We raise our Palmetto Pups in our home never in a kennel.  The additional expenses we face is extra electricity, water, serious wear and tear on washer dryer and flooring. And at times our mental stability. lol

 

​12. Training (We are severely underpaid when you think of it from this aspect)

The average cost of puppy training is $30.00 per hour through out the US. Let’s only take 4 weeks in total of our training time with puppies that is 640 hrs and over $20k alone.

13. Sire FEES $3,500 to $10,000 or Special Sire Care That Requires, Routine Semen Analysis, Semen Collection, Vitamins and Supplements, Health Testing and A Special Diet. This is on top of routine Bulldog care. 

 

14. Personal And Family Sacrifices (There is no amount of $$$ that can replace the sacrifices we make to do what we do out of passion )

Taking ALL of those aspects and expenses into consideration to we do not ask for much in return and we only ask a fraction of what it really costs us in return with the promise that our babies will be cherished and loved forever.
